All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment!
Dos Ombre ships to Australia and most international destinations. Once items have been shipped you will receive an email with tracking number and confirmation. For international purchases please contact us via email for shipping costs and destinations before placing an order. International Orders will only be shipped with PRIOR contact, and be charged accordingly.

Please note: International customers are responsible for all custom/duty fees within their own countries.
Once your item has been shipped and you have received your confirmation email, Dos Ombre is no longer responsible for the item shipped. If problems occur please contact shipping agent and your local post office. Australia Post

 

RETURNS POLICY

All products sold are non-refundable, unless fault or breakage occurs within 14 days of delivery, under normal wear and tear circumstances. If there is a fault or break under these conditions you must contact Dos Ombre for an Item Return Authorisation Number (IRAN), no refunds or credits will be given with an IRAN.

Please note: We cannot exchange or return if you have simply changed your mind, so please choose carefully.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn’t find, if found we ask that you please contact Dos Ombre. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a fault. All products should be handled with care and come with custom care instruction information that should be adhered to. Please see Care Instructions received with your purchase for further information for your particular item.
